We believe happy, healthy pigs make the best bacon. That’s why we use only the best bellies we can find in the south. The pigs are raised eating natural feed with out any antibiotics or added hormones of any kind, and are treated humanely. Our pork is dry cured, and hickory smoked to perfection. This is life changing bacon!
My cooking career has taken me all over this country where I’ve developed my barbeque and whole animal butchery skills. When we landed in Tennessee and started to cure and smoke meats for other chefs, friends, and family, we knew we had something special. Nicole and I have developed a product that we hope you will love as much as we love each other. For us, this bacon is a labor of love.
